Qualification Requirements

All persons living in the apartment who are 18 yrs. or older

Credit: Yardi Screening determines accept/denials, there is no set score.

Rental history forms sent to previous landlords to complete, looking for good payment history, lack of complaints (noise etc.) proper notice given and zero balance after moving out.

Gross monthly income must be 3X the amount of the monthly rent.

Gross monthly income must be 5X the mount of the monthly rent

Parking & Storage

  • Assigned parking for buildings 160-200, one spot per apartment, no charge
  • Limited Carport parking, $50 per month, full lease term only

Guests can park in any open spot (with the exception of the parking area for buildings 160-200)

Deposit & Fees

  • $200 holding fee which is credited towards security deposit 
  • Final Security deposit dependent on credit screening, starts at one full month’s rent.

  • Amenity Fee: $125.00, One time at move-in

Remainder of security and admin fee due on or before lease signing/lease start date

The cost to replace key/fob is $125.00
